Does Roadside Assistance Plus cover towing to any shop I choose?
Yes. This benefit provides emergency towing to any destination the member selects, up to the allowance of $125 per incident. Any towing charge beyond that amount is the responsibility of the member.
What happens if I run out of gas?
DriveClub will dispatch emergency fuel delivery to your location. The delivery service itself is covered by this membership benefit, but the cost of the fuel delivered is billed separately.
What is extrication assistance?
Roadside Assistance Plus extrication assistance uses a mechanical winch to pull a stuck vehicle back onto a road or hard surface — for example, if you slid off the road into a ditch or got stuck in mud. Your vehicle must be within 50 feet of a paved road or highway to qualify for extrication assistance under this benefit.
Does Roadside Assistance Plus work if I'm in someone else's car?
No. Your DriveClub membership benefits apply only to the vehicle specified in your member account.
Which DriveClub membership plan includes the Roadside Assistance Plus benefit?
The Roadside Assistance Plus benefit described here is included in the DriveClub Advantage and Elite membership plans. DriveClub Essentials members receive the Roadside Assistance benefit. To receive Roadside Assistance Plus, DriveClub Essentials members can upgrade to the Advantage or Elite membership plans.
